Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept  Paypal payments.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.


When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note:

1) Orders recieved and paid for by 2 p.m. on a working day will be despatched the same day

2) Orders recieved after 2 p.m. on anyday will be despatched on the next working day

2) No despatches are made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

3) Our carriers Fedex, in order to keep delivery charges at a minimum, will not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

4) Unfortunately because of high costs, we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery service

5) We use Fedex and RoyalMail for our delivery services.

5) Non receipt of an order by you, the client, due to no one being at the delivery address to receive it, and not responding to the "Please get in touch with us card", which in these circumstances will have been left by Fedex, this card provides you, the client, with contact details to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver, if contact is not undertaken by you, the client, it will result in the order being shipped back to us at our charge.
Should you,the client, require the order to be resent, a charge of £13.99 will apply.
A refund of the order cost to the client will not apply under these circumstances.

We cannot make bespoke items (to your specification) for small quantitys (25/50/100's etc), as for a production run, there are set up costs for the relevant machinery involved, labour & material costs, therefore minimum order quantitys apply for a production run to be cost effective for both of us, which for example,as a rough guideline on sizes and minimum runs -

Matchbox size carton - minimum order (2000 approx)
4" Cube - minimum order (500 approx)
